The BX series Wood Chipper sets the standard for efficiency with its advanced hydraulic feed system. This model revolutionises the way you work by automating feeding and pushing tasks through the use of two large, independent feed rollers. You have precise control over the feed roller speed, enabling you to tailor it to the material's diameter; smaller diameters can be processed at higher speeds. Should a blockage occur, a convenient large handle on the hopper allows you to effortlessly reverse the feed or switch it off for quick resolution.
Powered by the tractor's hydraulics, this chipper requires a pressurised supply line and an unpressurised return line, or alternatively, a double-acting control unit. Transporting the unit is a breeze, as the hopper folds upward easily and is securely held in place with a cotter pin, enhanced by the assistance of two shock absorbers for a smoother folding experience.
Maintenance is a hassle-free task, thanks to the fully accessible flywheel cover that can be opened with just one screw, granting you easy access to the four double-sided cutting blades. The flywheel, with a net weight of 125 kg and fitted wings, creates powerful suction, ensuring the efficient expulsion of chippings through the chute.
