The VMZ Series Heavy Duty Mulchers offers powerful, versatile performance for any cutting task. Its sturdy frame and high rotor rpm make it ideal for cutting grass, twigs, cornstalks, sucker re-growth and other tough materials. The mulchers hydraulic side shift and rear open bonnet ensures ease of use and maintenance.

The heavy duty VMZ Mulcher series is well suited to farm tractors from 60hp upwards.

The Modern design and technology of a mulcher is fast replacing the old traditional Slasher. The safety is also improved with a mulcher as all pasture is cut inside the main body and only discharged as finer less dangerous clippings.
The heavy duty mulcher series are driven using a supplied P.T.O shaft via the tractors rear mounted Power Take Off ( PTO ). Being offset to the right hand side of the tractor allows the mulcher to easily cut close to fence lines or under trees.
Due to the open rear bonnet, maintenance work or changing hammer blades is easily accessible. Please be informed that the bonnet has to be closed while operating.
The specially hardened, 1.2 kg hammer blades, which are arranged on a double spiral drive shaft, shred clippings to a minimum size. Even very high grass, bushy or straw-like re-growth are no problem for this mower!
The mulcher additionally has a trailing roller and a freewheel gearbox. The cutting height can be set with the adjustable roller and side mounted skids. The suspended, galvanized safety covers at the front of the mower unit prevents stones or other foreign objects escaping.
Hydraulic side shift comes standard on the VMZ Series. By using the hydraulic side shift function the mulcher can be moved to both left and right. For this function you need a hydraulic control circuit on your tractor ( hydraulic remote outlet ), as the mower unit has a double-action hydraulic cylinder for this purpose.
The VMZ heavy Duty Mulcher Series is compatibility with various tractor brands equipped with Cat. 2 three-point linkages, including Fiat, Ford, New Holland T4, Deutz-Fahr, Landini Rex, John Deere 4, Kubota L-M, Lamborghini, Goldoni, CASE and more, ensures its adaptability to different agricultural setups. I would like to thank Scott for his assistance and professionalism. I purchased a self loading mini dumper about 3 weeks ago. The service was great from the first call right the way through. The machine arrived in a timely manner and all was as promised. I love the machine and reckon I have added in years on to my life. As a landscaper the work is hard and gruelling whilst the end result is great. This machine ANTYB800 is a godsend, I am able to use it to transport materials like concrete blocks effortlessly, loading large pebbles into the bin is effortless too, I moved on my own 13 tonnes of roadbase and pebbles in about 7 hours whereas the previous day without it I was only able to move 2 using a mini dumper I had to manually load. The beauty about this machine is you can use it to transport, move materials, level off, it comes with an auger so holes for fence posts and retaining walls are a breeze. Thanks Scott
